Forest Glow

In the middle of the forest
There’s a light
That makes the snow sparkle
And breathes life

Romantic
Soft, warm light
Against smooth fresh sheets
Of Shimmering
Glittering
Snow

Peaceful in approach
But bold to claim its own

For radiant touch
Each shadow
A muse

and in that light
Hope glows
A reminder and
Spark

You’ll never be alone

As sure as you’ll always find
A pine cone
To rescue and take home
