A chaotic mess!

That's what we have here 
Surely, you do not expect me to explain the abstract inconsistencies here... 
Do you? 
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so why don't we ask the frame?
To show you how the rejoicing orange is painted over the crimson pain 
And how the royal blue shines through 
Why the minimal specs of black bursting from the center protects the rest
All while stretched to the max with no request to be seen 
But then we would need to inquire of the peace hidden in the turquoise green daring to spread while sitting on the edge
